3D Running Club is open to athletes from other sports that would like to get a competitive edge by developing their speed and strength. 3D takes a proven scientific approach to speed and conditioning development. Whether your main sport is soccer, football, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, or any other we welcome you to come and develop as an athlete during your off season.
